Project Description

While reviewing with a painter, the Owner discovered a Carpenter Ant infestation had deteriorated the Glulam Beams. They had been wrapped in aluminum covers. When they pulled those back, they realized how bad it was. Once it was discovered, the Engineer had recommending closing the building off due to an active daycare inside. Gordon H. Baver, Inc. immediately created a shoring plan and worked with a Strucutral Engineer to come up with an economical solution.
