Project Description
This large community center was constructed to meet LEED and RACP standards. It includes a large high ceiling multi-purpose room, equipped with full kitchen, two class rooms, reception area, conference room, large public restrooms and offices. Beautiful, unique lighting fixtures gives this nature surrounded center a modern feel.

LEED Requirements
There were LEED required aspects of the project, including Sustainability for Forestry Initiative, % of Recycled Material, Regionally Manufactured Material and Low Emitting Voc. Adhesives, Sealants and Coating.
RACP Standards
RACP Financial Assistance required specific building materials and tracking. Material had to meet RACP standards for location of manufacturing in the U.S.
