Project Description

GHB was contracted by P&B Partitions in October of 2023 to develop a 9-1/2 acre site and construct a new manufacting facility in Red Hill, PA. Sitework included extensive engineered fill import, stormwater management improvements, road improvements, and paving. The 55,000 SF pre-engineered building construction included the fit out of 7,000 SF of office space. Many unforeseen field conditions were encountered during the development of this property, but GHB worked closely with the Owner to mitigate and minimize costs and schedule impacts.
