East Vincent Public Works Garage and Salt Shed were built in sequence to finish at the same time. This was a pre-engineered building and custom salt designed shed.

Pre-Engineered
The Public Works building was Pre-Engineered with office space, locker rooms, repair and maintenance bay, project bay and 6 bay parking garage.
Time Conscious
The construction of the new Public Works building had to be coordinated with demo of the existing Public Works building and utilities coordinated to switch from the old building to the new one with minimal downtime.
Designed for Efficient Use
The Salt Shed Wood Structure was built on top of an 8′ concrete wall for loader equipment to charge the salt bins. 22′ clear overhead space was included to allow salt trucks to dump and loader access with elevated bucket.
